Return Policy

This Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products, request refunds, or seek adjustments for services purchased from Vitapurify through vitapurify.shop. We want you to be satisfied with your personalized morning routine system, and we have designed fair return procedures in compliance with Finnish consumer protection law and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all products and services offered by Vitapurify, including the Dawn Starter Kit (€49), Balanced Morning Blueprint (€129), Premium Ritual System (€249), custom morning blueprints, digital companion guides, consultation sessions, and physical ritual cards included in applicable packages.
2. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract for services, or fourteen days from the day you receive physical goods for products that include shipped items such as Premium Ritual System ritual cards.
For digital content including morning blueprints and digital guides that are not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By confirming your order and requesting immediate delivery of your personalized blueprint, you acknowledge this condition during the ordering process.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to message@vitapurify.shop or by mail to Purilas 10, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

4. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
For physical ritual cards, you must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Return shipping costs are borne by you unless the product is defective or we have failed to inform you that you must bear these costs.
5. Returns for Digital Morning Routine Products
Because our morning blueprints and digital guides are customized based on your personal information, standard returns differ from physical goods:
- If you cancel before your personalized blueprint has been created and delivered, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After digital delivery, refunds are available within fourteen days only if the blueprint has not been substantially customized or if there is a material error in the delivered content that we are unable to correct.
- If you are unsatisfied with your morning routine system after the withdrawal period, we offer a complimentary adjustment session for Balanced Morning Blueprint and Premium Ritual System packages to refine timing and rituals before considering a partial refund.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your ritual kit or morning blueprint contains errors, is materially different from what was ordered, or physical ritual cards arrive damaged, contact us at message@vitapurify.shop within thirty days of delivery. We will, at your choice and at no additional cost:
- Correct the defect by delivering an updated blueprint or replacement ritual cards.
- Offer an appropriate price reduction.
- Provide a full refund if correction is not possible or disproportionate.
These remedies are in addition to your statutory rights under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding defective digital content and goods.
7. Physical Ritual Cards Return Conditions
Physical ritual cards included in the Premium Ritual System may be returned within fourteen days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or written-on cards cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless defective. 8. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are generally not eligible for refunds once delivered or completed:
- Completed discovery sessions and consultation time already provided.
- Fully customized morning blueprints delivered without material defect, after the fourteen-day withdrawal period and after you consented to immediate digital delivery.
- Coaching sessions that have already been conducted as part of Premium Ritual System packages.
- Seasonal adjustment documents delivered as part of ongoing support.
9. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to upgrade from Dawn Starter Kit to Balanced Morning Blueprint or Premium Ritual System, contact us within thirty days of your original purchase. We will credit your initial payment toward the higher-tier package. Downgrades after blueprint delivery are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a processing fee reflecting work already completed.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional five to ten business days for the refund to appear in your account. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
11. Disputes and Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a return request, please contact us again with additional details. EU consumers may seek assistance from the European Consumer Centre Finland or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform. We are committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly.
12. Business Customers
If you purchase our morning routine products on behalf of a business rather than as a consumer, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. Business purchases are subject to separate terms agreed in writing. Contact us to discuss corporate morning wellness packages for your organization.
