These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vitapurify.shop and all products and services offered by Vitapurify, including personalized morning routine systems, morning blueprints, and ritual kits. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Company Information

2. Description of Services

Vitapurify provides personalized morning routine systems designed to help clients structure their mornings through timed habit sequences, environmental cues, and seasonal adjustments suited to Finnish living conditions. Our services include:

• Dawn Starter Kit: a foundational 30-minute morning sequence with digital guides and a printable timeline.
• Balanced Morning Blueprint: a 60-minute system with movement blocks, journaling prompts, nourishment timing, and two-week refinement support.
• Premium Ritual System: a comprehensive 90-minute blueprint with seasonal adjustments, physical ritual cards, four-week coaching, and priority support.
• Custom morning blueprints designed through individual discovery sessions.

Our products are educational and organizational in nature. They provide structured guidance for morning habits and do not constitute professional advice in any regulated field. Results depend on individual commitment and consistency.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase our ritual kits or morning blueprint services. By using our website and services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Orders are placed by completing our contact form at sunrise-contact.html or by contacting us directly. An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. All prices displayed on ritual-kits.html are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT for customers in Finland unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment methods communicated during the ordering process. Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation. For the Premium Ritual System, physical ritual cards are shipped upon payment clearance. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order.

6. Delivery of Digital and Physical Products

Digital morning blueprints and companion guides are delivered via email within five business days of completing your discovery session. Physical ritual cards included in the Premium Ritual System are shipped to the address you provide, typically within seven to fourteen business days within Finland. Delivery times for other EU countries may vary. Risk of loss for physical products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on vitapurify.shop, including text, graphics, morning blueprint templates, ritual card designs, logos, and software, is the property of Vitapurify or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international copyright law. Upon full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use your customized morning blueprint and accompanying materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary templates or methodology without written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Provide false or misleading information during discovery sessions or on contact forms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or client data.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download content from vitapurify.shop without permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our morning blueprint materials.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or services.

9. Consultation and Support Services

Refinement sessions and coaching included in Balanced Morning Blueprint and Premium Ritual System packages must be used within ninety days of initial blueprint delivery unless otherwise agreed. Missed appointments without twenty-four hours notice may not be rescheduled. Support is provided during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 EET. We aim to respond to support inquiries within one business day.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our morning routine systems are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we design each blueprint with care based on information you provide, we do not warrant that following our routines will produce specific outcomes in your personal or professional life. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond the delivery of the described digital and physical products. Your use of our morning routine guidance is at your own discretion and risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vitapurify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or morning routine products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law.

12. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection rights under Finnish and EU law that cannot be waived by these Terms. This includes rights related to defective digital content and distance selling. Details on returns and refunds are set out in our Return Policy at return.html.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, power outages, or failures of third-party service providers.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive. If we terminate your access without cause after you have purchased services, we will fulfill existing orders or provide a proportional refund.

15. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at message@vitapurify.shop to resolve any dispute amicably. EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform. Finnish consumers may also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (Kuluttajaneuvonta). Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of Finland, with jurisdiction in Jyväskylä, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

16. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of vitapurify.shop after changes constitutes acceptance. For existing orders, the Terms in effect at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
